“Ugh, my family, let me tell you. First of all, the voted for Trump, so I’m currently like not talking to them right now. I love them, but they make poor decisions. It’s a little broken at the moment since certain people in my family passed away.”
“I always been a created person, so usually if I need help with coping with something, I go to the arts, like music or acting or poetry.”
“I know definitely a happy part of my life was when my great grandparents were still alive and my nana, and we used to have big family thanksgiving at my grandparents’ house and everybody was getting along back then.
Sad part of life?
“Definitely when my nana passed away. My family is really conservative but my nana was like me. She was into arts and history and just always learning about new things and learning about people and culture and things around the world. She was the person in the family I connected the most with and she opened my eyes to everything I love now. So when she passed away, it was the worst thing ever.”
What is your motto in life?
“I really like the quote ‘Yesterday is history, tomorrow is a mystery, but today is a gift, that’s why it’s called present.’”
“You shouldn’t obsess over what happened in the past cause it’s over and you shouldn’t worry of what is going to happen in the future cause today could be your last day. So treat every day like it’s your last.”
